Plain answers, no fine print.
Social accounts
Each profile, page or channel you connect counts as one. Your Instagram, your Facebook page and your YouTube channel are 3.
Team members
People who log in to your workspace: you, your editor, your client. The owner decides what each person can do.
Posts a day
Posts you can publish in a day. One post sent to 3 networks still counts as 1 post.
Auto DMs a day
DMs Schepo sends for you automatically each day, for example when someone comments "PRICE". Your own replies are not counted.
Store fee
What is taken from each sale in your bio store. On Free, Starter and Growth it already includes the payment gateway charges. On Business and Agency, Schepo takes nothing.
How storage works
Storage is the space for the files you upload to Schepo. Think of it as your Schepo media folder.

Counted at about 3 MB for a phone photo and 50 MB for a 1-minute Reel in full HD. Your files may be bigger or smaller.
- When it is full: posts already scheduled still go out, and you can still post text and Drive files. To upload new files, delete old ones or add a storage pack.
- On Free: files of posts that are already published are removed after 30 days, which frees space for you.
- Settings always shows how much storage you have used.

Questions people ask
Can I use Schepo One today?
Not yet. We are building it now, one tested piece at a time. It opens first to a pilot group of 10, then to everyone. Write to ashu@schepo.com to join the pilot.
Can my account get banned for using Schepo?
Schepo connects only through each platform's official login and API, and keeps automations inside each platform's limits. You still need to follow each platform's own rules for what you post.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is free forever and has every feature, with smaller limits.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Schepo tells you before you reach it. You can wait for the next day, add a small add-on, or move to a bigger plan. Nothing is charged without your OK.
Who gets the money from my bio store?
You do. Buyers pay straight into your own Razorpay account. On Free, Starter and Growth, the store fee shown for your plan is deducted, and it already includes the payment gateway charges. On Business and Agency, only payment gateway charges apply.
Is it good for agencies?
Yes. Connect many client accounts, add your team with roles, and let clients approve posts from a link on their phone.
Do you sell my data?
Never. You can export all your data at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
