Shipping and Delivery Policy
Schepo One is software that you use online. Nothing is shipped to you.
How you get what you paid for
- The Free plan starts as soon as you create an account.
- A paid plan or add-on is turned on in your workspace as soon as the payment succeeds. You also get a confirmation email with your receipt at your account email address.
- If a paid plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to ashu@schepo.com with the payment ID. We will turn it on or refund the payment in full.
Where it works
Schepo One works in a web browser on a computer or phone, in India and in other countries. It needs an internet connection.
