Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Schepo (proprietor: Ashutosh Dubey), India ("Schepo", "we"), which makes and sells Schepo One. By creating an account or using Schepo One, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Schepo One
You must be 18 or older. If you use Schepo One for a business or a client, you confirm that you may accept these terms for them.
2. Your account and workspace
- Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- The owner of a workspace decides who joins it and what each member may do.
3. Plans, payment and taxes
- Prices and limits are on our pricing section. Prices in rupees include GST. Customers outside India pay in US dollars by card.
- Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. Cancelling and refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card number.
- If we change a price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
4. Connected platforms
- Schepo One connects to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Bluesky and Google Drive only through their official APIs, and only after you give permission.
- You must also follow the terms and policies of each platform you connect. By connecting YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Platforms can change or limit what their APIs allow. When a platform does not allow something, Schepo One turns that feature off and tells you why.
- Automations stay within each platform's limits. Our safety gate may hold or pause a message that would break a limit.
5. What you may not do
- Send spam, or message people who have not interacted with you or agreed to hear from you.
- Post or send anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Use automations in Instagram or Messenger DMs to link straight to a checkout for a paid digital product.
- Buy or fake followers, likes or other engagement, or pretend to be someone else.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of Schepo One.
6. Your content and data
- You own your content and data. You let us store and process it only to run Schepo One for you.
- You can export it at any time, and for 30 days after you cancel. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
- AI features only suggest. Nothing written by AI is published or sent without a person approving it.
7. Service and changes
We work to keep Schepo One running and safe, but we do not promise that it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features. If we remove a paid feature you use, we tell you in advance.
8. Suspension and closing
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or a platform's rules, or that puts other users at risk. We tell you why, unless the law stops us. You can close your account at any time.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or a platform's action against your account. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
10. Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. Please contact us first, and we will try to solve the problem. If that fails, the courts of Bhadohi district, Uttar Pradesh, India decide.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you by email at least 30 days before. The version date is at the top of this page.
